Yes,  With a score of 568, you can get a seat in both the colleges even if you belong to general category. Last year, a score of 561 got a seat in Mahatma Gandhi medical college,Indore in general category and 533 was enough to fetch a seat in Netaji subash Chandra Bose medical college, Jabalpur in general category under the state quota. But one thing to keep in mind is that scores and ranks vary each year with difficulty level of the question paper and availability of seats.
