Yes,  With a score of 570, you can get a seat in the government medical colleges when comparing the results of previous years. You have not mentioned which category you belong to. Last year, a score of 479 in general as well as obc category got a seat in Maldah medical college, Maldah under the state quota. So with 570,no worries!
