Based on the previous year cutoff you can except call from following PSUs
1. AAI
2. NTPC
3. HPCL

See u r from the branch having max no of applicants for the GATE exam which itself increases the competition level. See paper this year came in between the moderate and hard so the cut off might not change for ECE branch.
The market u have got is enough for u to get admissioned in the good colleges like NITs and some of the IITs for pursuing ur higher studies in the field but it might not be sufficient to brag u a great rank to give u good PSUs for continuing ur job career.
