I AM GETTING 64 MARKS IN GATE 2019 ELECTICAL. WHAT RANK AND SCORE SHOULD I EXPECT. AND WHICH COLLEGE WILL SUIT FOR MTECH IN VLSI ?

 you'll get a rank around 3500-3700 at 64 marks. vlsi would be tough from a good college at this rank
