Hiii Sahana,
You should know that to get a medical or dental seat in any government or private college you must qualify the NEET examination. This year the qualifying marks can be around 119/720 according to the latest reports. You are getting 65 marks and hence you don't fulfill the criteria of getting qualified in NEET. Hence, no matter your category you cannot get any medical seat even in private college.
