As per your JEE mains percentile which is 87% your rank would be somewhere around 1 lakh. Now with this rank getting into any top colleges in any decent branch would be really tough for you since you're a general category student.

My suggestion to you would be to apply for your home state level counselings and other states too like Odisha, MP etc. and try for your luck there since you might have a shot at getting into a state level government college. If you won't be able to grab government college seats you'll surely be able to get into decent private colleges and can pursue your engineering there.
