With 91 marks you can expect a rank under 15K almost and appx according to previous year if we see!

So in 15K rank you will get good colleges and CSE too!

except the few top colleges like: RVCE, MSRIT, BMSIT, DSCE, SIT Tumkur, BIT, NIE, etc you will get CSE in almost  all the colleges.

For example:

you can get in: Acharya, NMAMIT, NMIT, KLE, SDM, JSS, Dayanand sagar university etc etc etc.....
