NTSE Qualifying cutoff 2019 for General and OBC Category is 40 and SC/ST category is 32.
Your scores are fair enough to qualify the first stage but selection for the second stage of NTSE 2019 will depend on the cutoff of NTSE Uttar pradesh 2019. Cutoff will be released along with the result.

You can go through the link below and check the previous year cutoff for reference. However,  It should be noted that this year cutoff is expected to show much change due to change in the exam pattern.

Cutoff a sper 2017 trends were 121 marks in General category and hence good chances expected ahead . 

Minimum 40marks each in mAT and SATand total 80 marks is must in General category.
