Dear Anshul, AP State Government Medical Colleges are categorised into SVU, AU and OU areas. You need to be a local for that area to claim its local quota benefits. But the local status doesnt apply to All India Quota. The Category still applies. So for you to apply in AP having a Rajasthan domicile, you need to apply under their All India Quota. In general terms the cut offs for various Categories are:

• General Category: 539
• SC: 421
• ST: 421

These are for Government Colleges. With 510, you have a chance if you belong to Reserved Categories. Having said that cut off changes every year and is dependant on various factors like no.of seats available, no.of candidates appearing for the exam, top NEET score and difficulty of the exam.
