Dear Sir/ Ma'm, with a Haryana domicile you can expect Pt Bhagwat Dayal Sharma Post Graduate Institute of Medical Sciences, Rohtak, BPS Government Medical College for Women, Sonepat, Shaheed Hasan Khan Mewati Government Medical College, Nalhar, Kalpna Chawla Govt. Medical College, Karnal and ESIC Faridabad in the 85% state quota counselling according to previous years' cut-offs.

With Delhi domicile, you can expect North Delhi Municipal Corporation Medical College, New Delhi as it had a cutoff for 563 in the year 2018. This was the lowest cut-off for government medical colleges in Delhi for UR category students. You may have chances in this college after subsequent rounds of counselling.
