Hello,

There are certain things you can do, you can start with meditation on a daily basis for a few minutes and then gradually increase the time, you'll definitely experience a sense of calmness and clarity with this process, try to not multitask because that really doesn't help,so focus on one thing at a time whatever it's whether it's studies or your hobbies, this is one of the best way to gain focus. If you're feeling anxious then discuss it out with your parents, guide or anyone else who can help you. See, existing situations are not in our hands we can only pray things get better, and it's our responsibility to take care of our own selves and people around us. But,then these things aren't in our control, the more you try to think about it,the more stressful you'll become. Just balance out your studies with hobbies,if there's something that interests you, also try to minimize screen time, I know we live in a digital era,but sometimes for own wellbeing we need to switch off from social media or daily news etc. It's essential to be updated and that's all matters. Just don't overburden yourself with too many things or too many thoughts, take one thing at a time and do that gradually yet steady steps.

See,you've to understand we all can provide you words of wisdom, but then eventually it's you who have to do everything, just look at the bigger picture, your vision and be mindful of where you're investing your precious energy.

All the best!

Hello,

It is quite common for people to  feel depressing and frustrated due to this lockdown. Even ICMR believes the same. It has advised people to spend quality time with family and find some interesting hobbies to keep mind and body fit. Half an hour of exercise will do wonders and makes you feel fresh.

During this lockdown, make a list of all things that you need to work on. Keep in mind your future, upcoming exams etc. while doing so. Secondly, fix one time of the day dedicated to work for this cause. This will mentally motivate you. The rest of the time you are free to explore anything else, but in this time slot, you WILL HAVE to work. My personal tip: instead of studying from books, watch the same concepts from interactive videos or famous lecturers online.

Hope this helps.

Thanks.
