You should prefer ctae udaipur.  It is a very good college for brnches like mechanical and electrical.  It has very good faculty and environment.  My well known person is studying in ctae udaipur.  I will hardly recommend ctae udaipur for you. Not just for college also for udaipur city. This college has a very good placement scenario also.

As you opted for REAP,so i think you are pretty sure that you will not be getting any national institute.Now,if you are going to fill the option form then i would recommend as MBM Jodhpur,RTU kota. at topmost preferences.These two are the top state govt. colleges and you will get ample opportunities here to grow as an engineer.Other options are govt. engineering college Ajmer,ECB Bikaner etc.So,these colleges are best state colleges in RAJASTHAN.Hope this helps.
