If you fail in two subject in CBSE then you are considered as a backlog candidate or failed candidate, as you are telling that you are going to fail in two subjects then you are not eligible for admission in any regular colleges. In order to clear class 12 board exam, you have to clear your compartmental exam which you have to give next year then, after clearing your compartment papers you are eligible for college admission.

So, you will definitely get a chance in 2020 to improve your scores.
