You are fresher.You did well in first attempt.Your Percentile score is 60 which means that 60% candidates of your session score equal to or less than your score.Your total percentile score is sum of there three subject score.Cuttoff for general category are going to expect at 85 percentile score.As you are from SC category,65 percentile score is good percentile score.I think you will cross cuttoff percentile in your category.For assurance wait till April.NTA will declares cuttoff score after 2nd phase exam.
