If you're not too good at theory then Pharmacy shall not bethe right option, as this is highly theoretical course.

If you like practical skills, you can join Bsc Chemistry which is much better.
You can also go for Msc in Chemistry.

You need to take up short courses on communication skills, because you cant escape this. For job interview, communication skills have to be excellent and you can take some courses online via providers like Simplilearn, Coursera, Edx.
