If one wants to be a doctor then, in that case, he should definitely go with PCMB. But since most of the medical students find it difficult to cope up with both maths and biology as both require a lot of time. So students of Medical aspirations should go with PCB and with any other subject (other than maths).

For students who are interested in the technical part of science and don't want to be a doctor should definitely opt for PCMC.

If one takes PCMC then he can give more time to maths which is an important subject for entrance exam point of view and he/she has an upper edge over the medical students who are giving the same exams. But a lot depends on hard work and practice.

So, in the end, it depends on your determination and hard work which determines your result.
