There is no weightage of 12th board result as it has been removed from the rank criteria of JEE MAINS now your rank depends only on your JEE MAINS marks.

But you have to score75% in your CBSE boardsor should be intop 20 percentileof your respective boards to be eligible for admissions in IITs and NITs.

No, your 12th marks will not be counted for jee mains or advance only jee exam score will be valid but you have to score min 75% as aggregate to take admission through your jee score.
