Sanjay, MCI has assigned Disability Asssessment Centers across India. You need to be assessed at any one of these centers. If they assess and validate that the extent of hearing disability falls under PWD Category, they will give you a certificate and you can avail PWD Reservation. If they have dignostic results that say otherwise, you might not get PWD reservation. The PWD certificate issued by these Disability Assessment Centers are valid. If you get this certificate, based on your NEET score and rank in the merit list, you wiill be eligible for PWD reservation within your Category. A disability certificate will not guarantee you a seat in a GMC.
