Congrats for your good academics but for getting admission in top colleges for M.Tech, you need to score very well in GATE, which you failed to do a bit. 

Coming to your question, yes you may get admission in numerous of colleges out there for M.Tech but it's impossible to get into IITs or NITs with this rank. You must target anything but not less than 600 to get into these top colleges.
