there is scope for it. There is this post in every company and all the top MNCs. you have to get the degree for it by doing MBA. Salary is average 4-5 lakhs depending where you join.

if you join a fortune 400 company then you can have 20-30k per month. They keep evaluation stratergies based on the performances.

overally it is a good start and after experience you can try for high ranked companies. It is  long journey so it is not easy to say in lines. scope is there but depends on you what you want to do.
