It is good to know that you decided to pursue this early  , As you know UPSC  CSE is one of the hardest and most competitive examination in India so starting your preparation early will help you .

As of now you should just watch YouTube videos regarding syllabus , pattern of examination and watch toppers interview and then after having a good enough Idea about UPSC you should move on to reading NCERTs of class 6 to 12 of History , civics , geography , economics and then slowly and steadily move on to Important books like Lakshmi Kant for polity  , spectrum for modern history etc .
