For hitting the state level goverment college,atleast you have to clear the cutoff required for your category. If you are able to clear the cutoff you can get the state level good goverment college.Also if couls not clear the cutoff,your rank also matters, if your is under the required rank of any government college in which you are interested in you can get that college.
