Well, 12th marks are an important milestone in student's life. More you score, more easily you will get admissions in good colleges. There are few things which you do right now to get admission in engineering :

Analyze your results:
This is a key step after a failure which everyone should do. You must find out your weaknesses, and turn those weaknesses into strengths.
2.
Supplementary exams:
Prepare for supplementary exams, try to score more in supplementary exams to get an admission by paying a hefty amount of pay under management quota.
If you can gap 1 year and prepare well for next year's exams, then it will be pretty good than opting for supplementary exams. You need to brush up your basic concepts in the upcoming year. Try to solve mock tests to understand the pattern of Board Exams.

When compared to engineering entrance exams, the board exam will be easy. You just need to take help from your lectures and they'll guide you to learn and what are the important questions. The important questions only will repeat in every year. Just believe in yourself. If you don't understand it, try to practice and try to raise a doubt to teacher.

You can still do engineering.All you need is to appear for reexam of 12th.And after that you can give engineering entrance exams.You have work very hard.Concentrate on your basics and clear it from ncert.Now focus only on ncert books.Read it two times...solve numericals.Take guudance from teachers.Solve previous years questions for practice and to enhance your skills.Be confident and calm while going to appear for any exam.
