Hello Shivam,
If you want a job after just completed B.Tech if you would not selected in campus selection then you can choose CSE.
MECHANICAL, CIVIL also good brach if you want to do job in govt job and PSUs.
You have to crack GATE exam.

But gate is also for 12th class student also

No GATE is eligible after b.tech.You can choose computer science in b.tech or you can choose according to your interest. That is the best option.
