As of now just focus on completing your 12th with good score.dont think about the next step you are gonna take.after you complete your 12th enter any engineering or degree college then you can start your preparation for civils which is upsc.you will have enough time in collegefor about 3-4 years to completely become your best for the exam upsc.then after your 12th just know the entire upsc syllabus and you can start preparing for that.you will have enough time for that once you enter any college after 12th.as of now focus on 12th or your competitive exams.
