If you wish to transfer from one college to another college after your 1st year, it will not be allowed in most of the colleges. Many of the colleges will not accept any students from other colleges in-between the course duration. You will be asked to repeat 1st year once again. But in some colleges they will allow you to continue from the 2nd year. Therefore it depends upon the college you choose.
