So according to the NEET 2019 bulletin, code 05 would be used if you are in the first year of the three years degree course in a B.sc from a recognized University along with physics, chemistry, biology/bio-technology including the practical tests that are relevant to these subjects.

see  if you did not complete or pass the first year of bsc course, then you are not fall in code 5, if you are in any semester of bsc first year then you need to choose code 7, as code 7 states that any other exam which is in scope with intermediate exam which is recognised by any indian university or board, with pcm as subjects and have practical test on that. however you need to qualify the marks criteria prescribed for 10+2 course to appear in neet exam.
