The GATE score is valid 3 years for applying in Mtech. But to get any college you should atleast crack the examination. As you are not qualified then it is very tough to  have a seat. But in case of management quota facilities, many colleges may be accept that so the only option you have is to choose your respective colleges and go for the management quota if possible.
