Hello Anuj, The best colleges for Electrical and communication engineering will obviously be the IITs. The top IITs offering ECE courses are given below:

1) Indian Institute of Technology Kharagpur (IIT KGP)

2) Indian Institute of Technology Roorkee (IIT Roorkee)

3) Indian Institute of Technology Delhi (IIT Delhi)

4) Birla Institute of Technology and Science (BITS-Pilani)

5) Indian Institute of Technology - Banaras Hindu University (IIT-BHU).

There are other colleges like Jadavpur University and NIT Trichy too which are on the same level.
