Yes it is definitely possible. Start preparing from class 11 itself. I assume it is June so your summer vacations must be on.
So in your holidays try to study as much as you can the whole of your NCERT.
See most of the questions come from course books only. If you have enrolled in coaching, try to understand their study material and do not just mug up. Mugging up will leave you a lot more confused
Try to gather as much interest as you can for organic chemistry as it is tougher for students. Physics is ready if you study it everyday.

Try to give daily 4 hours for your NEET preparation in your holidays.
1 hour for each physics and chemistry and divide 2 hours for Biology.
This will cover your both class 11 preparation and NEET

Follow same for next session.
