You can go for Medical If You are interested in it. If you want to do research then You can go for Bachelor in Science. This two are the courses which are specific to Your streams.

If you are No longer interested in Biology then You can go to peruse degree courses in other streams, Such as Arts, or Management. If you are interested in defence go for NDA. You can go to media, Hotel Management, Law or anything for which you are passionate, Most of the courses are open for You so, first of all, find Your interest then follow the path for that course.
