Only the top 5 subjects I which you'll get highest marks will be included and I you've got less marks in the chemistry and more marks in other subjects then chemistry will be excluded from the marksheet.

Usually class 12 includes 6 subjects. It may vary based on your preference or the stream you selected.

As you mention to the 6 subjects you have our physics chemistry mathematics English computer science and physical education. You have to score a minimum passing marks required in every subjects. It means that you have to score minimum of 33.33 percentage of marks in every subjects for passing the exam. If you scored plus marks in chemistry and Cody of best in other five subjects you are overall percentage will be great. But chemistry marks will also be included since it is one of the main subjects.  You just needed the passing marks in chemistry it doesn't matter you have scored low marks. But if you failed in chemistry then it will be considered as failed itself.
