 Your score is really very good, it seems that you are good in academics. This is the biggest confusion that most of the science students have to choose between engineering and medical degree.

In my opinion, medical as well as engineering both are good, it depends on our interest whether we succeed in it or not.

It is my work to give you suggestions. So I think you should analyse your interests and your strong points. As you mentioned you like maths more so it may be helpful for engineering, just see that whether you like physics too so that you can go for engineering.

And if you have interested in Biology and can study it for years then go for medical.

If you are unable to analyse yourself then you can seek help from your parents, teachers or some councillor.

It depends upon you in which area you are interested in both medical or engineering has vast scope.
If you are interested only in mathematics then you may go b.sc in mathematics (honors) from any prestigious university, if you opt for b.sc then you may go for working as as professor from any prestigious university.
Or you may go for engineering by applying for JEE exam and for medical you may apply for NEET exam.
