According to the DU JAT 2019 candidates should complete their Higher Secondary Education in any stream (Commerce,  Arts, Science) from a recognised board and obtain a minimum of 60% in 4 subjects including English and Mathematics and any other 2 subjects approved by respective authorities. That means you must have studied Mathematics in 12th to apply.
