Yes you can give this exam full filling all the required criterias for giving this exam. Basically you have to pass class 12th with an aggregate of 75% and to pass in all subjects separately. Now coming to the preparation then prefer self studies or to admission in well known institute like:-

1. Aakash institute.
2. Allen institute.
3. FIITJEE
4. EXCELIIT,Delhi

Any many more are there depends on your locality also but overall self studies are always good. Buy some well known books for the preparation in subjects:

1. Physics
2. Chemistry
3. Mathematics

Yes, you can. There is no age limit to be eligible for JEE Mains Examination. However, candidates need to pass 12th Board or the Equivalent Examination(in your case).

Also, it is mandatory for the candidate to have taken 5 subjects in 12th Board or Equivalent Qualifying Examination. The 5 subjects for B.Tech/ B.E. are:

1-Language, 2-Physics, 3-Mathematics, 4-Any one of (Chemistry, Biology, Biotechnology, Technical Vocational Subject), 5-Any other subjects
