MA History is a 2year long educational programme which you can apply as long as you have a graduation degree with History as the core subject. 

Admission procedure varies according to the college you wish to apply to. Some colleges release their desired cutoff lists that they release. Some other colleges proceed with admissions based on entrance tests that they conduct.
