If you want to get a college through state quota you can easily get that. 16% of the seats are reserved for marathas in maharashtra state quota.

85%resrvation is provided for the residents of a state while 15% is kept for candidates from all india.
You have not mentioned your category any where.
Hello,so I assume it to be general .
If I consider the previous year data .Then you have chances of getting admission in any of the government colleges in maharashtra through state quota .
The cutoff changes almost every year,so not much can be predicted .cutoff depends on the difficulty level of the paper and the number of students who appeared for the entrance exam.

As the admission to medical colleges based on NEET is given unsed All India Quota(15%) and state quota(85%).
