IMS, BHU offers BSc Nursing for which till last year there used to be separate exam for admission, BHU PET is conducted for admission of post-graduate courses offered by BHU which you can check out at http://bhuonline.in/course-PET.html

From this year onwards IMS, BHU will not conduct any entrance on its behalf for BSc Nursing admission, instead candidates required to fill in the application form of NEET, because from 2021 NEET scores will be accepted for admission to BSc Nursing in IMS, BHU

The eligibility criteria to pursue BSc Nursing is passed 10+2 or its equivalent from a recognized board with PCBE as core subjects securing 50% aggregate, for SC/ST/OBC-NCL/EWS it's 40% only, candidates need to attain 17 years as on 31st December of the appearing year, if you fulfill the above mentioned criteria you can apply.

Hope you are doing great as per the question asked by you no you can't apply for b.sc nursing in bhupet in 2nd year as you can only apply in 3rd year or after graduation you can not apply for any form in second year of your graduation.
