You can apply for TS ICET when you are in the final year of the Bachelor's Degree or Passed in Bachelor's Degree from a recognized board. You can apply for TS ICET 2022 as you are in the final year of the qualifying examination. The registration process for TS ICET 2022 starts next year after the notification is released.
