For artificial intelligence and hacking you can go for artificial intelligence specialization along  with b.tech and for hacking you can join any of the coaching institute as well. 

On the other hand you can for some online courses for both the courses you have mentioned above along with you b.tech studies.So, it totally depends on you tha how want to go for them.
