Since you asked for some colleges offering BBA LLB near Surat, I will hive you some options in Gujrat itself. I say so because there are very limited collges in/near surat which can be opted for persuing this course. The colleges are mentioned below:

Gujrat National Law University, Gandhinagar- CLAT

Institute of Law, Nirma University, Ahmedabad- accepts CLAT score

Sardar Patel University- 12th score and interview

Parul University, Vadodara- accepts CLAT and LSAT score

And so on.

All these universities provides hostel and mess (Mash). Fees may differ from university to university. If the university is state or central government funded then fees must have been very less.
