If you are confused between bsc in animation or ba in animation, i suggest you to look for the syllabus for each of these courses. Also, see if it covers vast topics and gives work to your creativity, which is an important one in animation. But, one advantage that bsc animation has over ba animation is that, the former offers very good job opportunities and placements.
