You can do certificate courses, undergraduate courses ,post graduate courses in languages. B.A in particular language which you would like to study(for example B.A in English, B.A in hindi, B.A. in French etc) is good option for a class 12 pass student.

Degree in language courses is the best option these days as our country started dealing with other countries and it also have a lot of job opportunity.
You can apply in JNU forms are available now, JNU is the best university now to apply for language. Then you can go for Delhi University and if you can apply for Doon University.
There are many other private college who have language courses like Amity University etc.
