Hello, Your interest to learn a new language itself will give you a will to survive where ever you may get admission. Don't let the language barrier hinder your and know that there are non locals studying there just like you and believe it is possible to survive there. Install a translate app in your initial days and seek help from your peers. Don't hesitate to get to know  new acquaintances and before you know you will be picking up the language.

Best of luck!
