Welcome to careers360
You have to secure at least 75% to be eligible for JEE mains .
You have to secure <25000 rank In JEE mains to pursue ECE from good NITs but try to target for IITs with rank less than 7000.
You can go through website of JOSAA for previous years cutoff.
You can check it on VmCareers360 also.
