You can apply for IIIT Hyderabad through UGEE as well as SPEC. The seats allocated through UGEE for CSE are 35 and through SPEC are 10. Students appearing through UGEE will also have to sit for an interview round after the online examination. After each round, the applicant has to pay the requisite fees and block the seat if he wants to keep the seat in the particular course or decline it. If the applicant does not accept and pay, they will be declined. If the applicant does not get a seat, they can move to further rounds to secure one. SPEC students will also be called for an interview and will be assessed on both criteria.
