The cut-offs for 2019 have not been declared by JNTU yet so this makes it tough for us to predict the exact cut-off rank for admission as the cut-offs depend on several factors like-

• Number of test takers
• Performance of the students
• Difficulty of exam
• Seats availability
• Previous years'cut-off trends

However, if you consider the previous year cut-off ranks and considering that you belong to the OBC category, you have very high chances of getting admission in the ECE branch of JNTU with your rank of 2336. That is a great rank that you have obtained.
