Dear Mukesh

Mukesh it totally depends upon your interest and upon your marks and rank obtained in the respective entrance exam. If suppose you got the good rank in Jee or in some other entrance exam the you can take the college this year itself otherwise go with the option drop a year Inorder to improve your rank.
