BC-e is a state level reservation and it comes under OBC category. In many states OBC category has been for the divided into sub categories. For Instance, in bihar OBC category has been further  divided into bc-I and bc-II

But, whether you can use it for reservation in jee main or josaa counselling depends upon whether you belong to OBC category in the central list or not

Just copy the above link and paste on the search bar of your browser and  then search, you will get it and then check whether you are in the central list of OBC  or not.

If you are in the Central list of OBC and your parents annual income is less than 8 lakh per annum then you are eligible for OBC NCL reservation in JEE main and  josaa counselling otherwise not.

And you should make sure that your obc certificate is as per the format prescribed by josaa at its official website the link for which is provided below

In case, if your OBC certificate is not as per the format prescribed by josaa you can simply download the above format fill it on your own and then get it signed by the officials from where you got your OBC certificate made .

Now that,

limited time is left for jee mains 2021 , so you should be focusing on your preparation,

-)practising chapterwise questions

-) then revising the chapters,

-) solve at least previous 10 year question as concept behind the question often gets repeated in the examination so it will be of great help in your preparation  ,

-) go through mock test papers as it will let you know your preparation level and and weak areas so that you can work on them and perform well in your examination.
