You can actually shift from CBSE to STATE board. As far as I know, You need to follow out few procedures in order to do that. They would ask you 11th marksheet and transfer certificate. And also it would depend on your grading in 11th marks. Just consult your school as well as the school you want to seek admission regarding this , theuy would let you know about this.
